Let me help you.  If your Company does not have an Insights Role, if your Insights team is short-handed due to family/paternity/medical leave, or if you have a new initiatives that needs additional bandwidth for a period of time, please contact me.  I am available to be your "plug in" for a single project or  for a specified time frame.  


  • Consumer Research Planning and Consulting:  Starting a new initiative, creating brand plans? I can help put together a Research plan and initial cost estimates so you can establish timings and budget needs.  
  • Consumer/Shopper Research Design:  Have specific question on a product or service, and want to get consumer input?  I can develop a research design to address those questions and propose options that work with your timing and budgets needs.  
  • Insight Project Management:  Have a one-off research project that needs an experienced researcher to keep things moving?  I can step in and manage your qualitative or quantitative research projects so you can keep to your initiatives on time.
  • Questionnaire/Discussion Guide Development:  Do you have topics you want to understand from your consumers perspective, but not sure the best way to get the insights from them?  I can craft a questionnaire or discussion guides to get at the needed information.  
  • Learning Recommendations/Story Telling/Strategy Development:  Have lots of learnings from research, but not sure how it fits together?   I can review and summarize the information in a provocative way, and recommend strategies to consider.  
  • Consumer Research Best Practices and Guidance;  Based on my experience I can suggest "best approaches" to understand key topics such as communication research, visual identity research, new product development, consumer segmentations, drivers and barriers for purchase, macroforce, tensions and trends.
  • Temporarily fill open roles in your Consumer Insights department:  If you have someone in your department out on family/medical leave, or more work that your department can handle, I can step in and take over research projects to keep them moving.
